Welcome to PG99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and PG99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the PG99 platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, or downloadable app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

1. Eligibility

PG99 is strictly for players who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are accessing the platform from the Philippines or are a Philippine resident.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on PG99. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be merged or suspended at PG99's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PG99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their login details. 3. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on PG99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). PG99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine online banking and mobile banking (bank transfer)
• GCash (local e-wallet)
• Maya (local e-wallet)

PG99 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Attempting to fund your account through unsupported methods may result in the transaction being declined or held for review.

Deposits are credited to your PG99 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact PG99 support with your transaction reference number.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to the same payment channel used for your deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification if not already completed.

PG99 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above internal review thresholds. These checks are in place to protect players from fraud and unauthorised access.

PG99 may reject or delay a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of account misuse, breach of these Terms, or incomplete verification.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games on PG99 — including slot games, live casino, fish games, and eBingo — operate using random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are not influenced by PG99 and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Players accept that all gaming involves financial risk. PG99 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or win rate for any game. Published RTP (return to player) figures are statistical averages over large sample sizes and do not represent expected returns on individual sessions.

In the event of a technical fault, server error, or disconnection mid-game, PG99 will follow the game provider's rules on incomplete rounds. Bets already placed and confirmed may be settled according to the available game state at the time of the fault. PG99 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using automated tools — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PG99's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's verified account at the time of the relevant claim. PG99 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Privacy and Data

PG99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement purposes.
